Our Rates

Continue to EDIT- Even Keel Management’s adaptability and flexibility are a large part of why we are successful. This translates into how we price the unique tasks associated with every project and our clients’ needs. We offer hourly rates for Small Residential Projects and flat rates for all other services. We keep detailed logs of time spent on your project. We have a one hour minimum and count thirty minute intervals after the first hour. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon invoicing. In an effort to save client’s money, and keep Even Keel Management on a stable financial course, clients are responsible for purchasing any materials associated with their projects. We will source materials and organize purchases and deliveries for client ease.
