Since 2010 Even Keel Management has provided turn key project management services to:

• real estate professionals + their clients - prior to the sale or purchase of a new home or investment property through inspection report reviews, prompt due diligence pricing to empower the client at the negotiating table, walk throughs with clients for space planning potential and pricing for home renovations prior to purchase + punch list completion

• investors + stakeholders - providing assistance in procurement + fast and quality renovations + sale

• general contractors - managing high end renovations on historic homes, and new construction multilevel, multimillion dollar, urban dream homes, kitchens + baths + outdoor living spaces

• homeowners - managing renovations + AUD additions + pool installations + outdoor living spaces + etc

• interior designers - bringing their creative ideas and plans to life by providing pricing and turn key small and large renovations to their clients

Heidi Parlato

Heidi’s early years in the Midwest were shaped by hands-on learning and construction work alongside a family deeply rooted in building and creating. Her grandfather spent a lifetime constructing custom homes and barns, her father built covered bridges, renovated homes, and restored automobiles, and her mother brought ideas to life through resourceful, hands-on creativity. From an early age, building and problem-solving were a natural path.

That foundation eventually expanded into a decade of service in the United States Coast Guard, where she focused on search and rescue, emergency and environmental response, crew training, and vessel operations across multiple assignments. That experience reinforced a structured, calm, and solutions-driven approach under pressure.

In 2007, a move from the Redwoods of Northern California to Atlanta, Georgia reconnected her with the construction world. With a background in construction operations, project coordination, and Emergency & Disaster Management, Even Keel Management, LLC. was created to bring structure, communication, and reliability to residential renovation and construction projects.

Today, Even Keel Management focuses on helping homeowners, investors, and industry professionals navigate projects with clarity, organization, and steady oversight from start to finish.

Outside of work, she enjoys time on rivers, lakes, and the coast whenever possible, and a grounded life with family and dogs.
